Photovoltaic Solar (PV) Cables
alfanar Photovoltaic Solar (PV) Cables are designed for interconnecting power supplies in renewable energy photovoltaic systems, including solar panel arrays and solar energy farms. These cables are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 50618 and are suitable for fixed indoor and outdoor installations, with conduit or cable systems. They are not intended for direct burial applications.

H1Z2Z2-K Solar Cable Construction
alfanar H1Z2Z2-K solar cables are made with high-quality annealed flexible tinned copper conductors. They feature halogen-free, cross-linked flame-retardant compound (HFFR) insulation and a black halogen-free, cross-linked flame-retardant compound (HFFR) outer sheath.

Technical Specifications
These cables operate at 1.0 kV AC / 1.5 kV DC, with a maximum operating voltage of 1.2 kV AC / 1.8 kV DC. They are designed to perform in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C, with a short-circuit temperature of 250°C. The cables also offer strong resistance to impact, tearing, abrasion, weathering, UV exposure, oils, chemicals, acids, and alkaline substances.
