Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At our store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food and flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, you must provide:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after more than 30 days from delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within a few business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at info@tma-bahrain.com
  • Send the item to: Manama, Bahrain

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after the return is processed
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: Manama, Bahrain

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
