Our Roller Iron is designed for professional and industrial laundry operations, providing efficient linen feeding, smooth ironing performance, and high productivity for hotels, hospitals, commercial laundries, and hospitality facilities. It is suitable for handling bed sheets, duvets, table linen, and small linen pieces with reliable feeding control and consistent finishing quality.

Vacuum Feeder – AVFV Series

The AVFV Series Vacuum Feeder is designed for manual feeding of sheets, duvets, table linen, and small linen items in one or multiple lanes. It features suction under the feeding belts to keep the leading edge of the linen firmly in position, ensuring accurate feeding and better ironing results.

The system includes a central dust collection unit, adjustable speed control from 8 to 40 m/min, and standard feeding options from 1 to 6 lanes and feeding positions, making it a practical solution for different laundry capacities and workflow requirements.

Automatic Feeder – AVFV Series

The AVFV Series Automatic Feeder is a single-lane automatic feeder with one central horizontal clipping station. It is designed for automatic feeding of large linen while also allowing manual feeding in multiple lanes for smaller items.

Large linen pieces are held by two clamps, spread evenly, and placed onto the feeding belts for improved alignment and finishing quality. Two operators can work at the clipping station, achieving a production capacity of approximately 500 pieces per hour.

The feeder includes an adjustable suction box to improve trailing-edge quality, a single-lane brusher system, and a stop conveyor with stretching conveyor to enhance the leading-edge finish. The clamp feeding station can also be moved to the back position for easier manual feeding of small pieces. Movable collecting bags are included for convenient storage of small linen items.
